Things you can do:

1)Kill them~retrieve bike
2)Buy new bike
3)Steal someone else's bike
4)Learn to drive a car
5)Call teh cops

Alright crack your knuckles and practice your stealth moves I think I have a good idea. What you need to do first is find out who stole your bike and where they live. Once you do that you are going to need some items you will need duck tape, another type of tape that is strong like duck tape but doesn't stick or make noise when you pull it apart like duck tape, winter gloves, rope as a backup, magnets, water, flashlight and a backpack for it all. Now when you find out where they live find out where the person sleeps and head over to their window. DON'T PUT THE GLOVES ON YET! You need to take out the duck tape and start tearing piece off and putting them on the corner of the window and make sure you layer it since the more tape you put on the less noise it will make. After that take your elbow and shove it into the center off the tape you place on the window. Then take the broken glass and tape and put it in the backpack make sure there is no evidence. Then open the window and quietly enter the room and here comes the part where things will move quickly. If their door is open you should close and lock their door quietly. Then pull out the other tape and wrap it around their mouth so they stay quiet or gag them with some clothes you find in the room then tie up their arms with the tape or rope and do the same with his legs as well. Now once he is tied up take a deep breath and stay as calm as you can and make sure he can't break free. Put the gloves on and start looking around the room for things you might want to keep or destroy. If he has a computer place the magnets on it to try and destroy it and pour some water on it as well. Do the same thing to his consoles and break some CDs and game disc or keep them. Once you have found, destroyed, or taken enough things and placed them in the backpack return back to the person and start beating them up. But make sure you don't bloody them up to bad go for gut shots and give them a black-eye. Once you are done beating them up and find your bike leave through the door but try to lock the door when you leave and head home. Hide the bike at a friends house or someone else house bury the tape and broken glass and start practicing your alibi with your friends and family. If you don't want to do that find where he lives, go to the police department and give a detailed description of your bike and tell them where you saw it. I hope you get your bike back and that asshole gets what is coming to him.
